The instructor's name is Bobby Joe Blythe and the "Black Belt" is Willie J. Dennis... These men should be banned from Martial Arts for the rest of their lives and jailed for attempted murder... I as a Martial Artist am ashamed of people like them...

This is disgusting and these guys need more than locking up, they need a whole tim of ass kicking themselves and I for one would be more than happy to hand it out to them. They are not martial artists, they are bullies pure and simple. Lets se how they react in a room on their own.

Found reference to a post the instructor -alledgedly* made:

This dummy was in my shopping center while I
was on a Bodyguard Job in Washington, DC. This
guy was in the Pizza Hut eating pizza off the
plates of others and the Pizza Hut Manager ran
him out with a pistol. Later the very same
day, police officers were called to remove him
from a nearby pharmacy after having been
caught reaching into customer's purses. A
short time after that, he visited a Napa Auto
Parts store next to my Karate Dojo and told
the management he planned on teaching in that
Dojo and that Jesus taught him. The Napa guys
told him he was confused (their polite way of
warning the man against such action), but not
wanting to miss a show, they told the man they
would close early just to watch and that he
must not know the owner, which is nobody to
play with.. Needless to say, the police pulled
him out of the dumpster behind my Karate Dojo
where he was neatly placed. Semper Fi to all
my Marine brothers. The karate student in the
white is also a Marine Sgt.

Just not right. Should of been handled in an enitrely different way. Clearly not a cause for self defense for the school instructor or the guy in white. If they need to practice on someone they should do it with each other. Are these guys still in business?

On that Bullshido thread it said the Sensei was selling something to do with aircrafts and had his home number on the net in several places. It was also on his facebook page.

Somebody else said the "Statute of limitations" had run out for it to be a crime as more than 20 years ago. Sounds a stupid law to me!

The whole thing has erupted again because the Sensei posted the video up on youtube recently. His account has since been deleted and apparently there was a few other videos when he was talking about guns, the marines and protecting his dojo. I'm sure he's making his instructor real proud...

This idiots explanation of why he done what he done is still no vindication for his actions. The guy said just before they started hitting him that maybe he should just show his Form instead, that was his verbal agrrement that he was not willing to fight.

He only put up a fight in defence of himself after the so called black belt started hitting him. Mind you even this so called black belt was put on his arse during the encounter. But to stamp on the man's head when he was already out of the game and had already stated quite clearly 'You got it' is nothing to do with real martial artists, they are bullies simply picking on the weak and I hope they rot in hell for it.

Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. Bring there arse round my way and lets see if the same story will be told.

I have had sane people come to my gym and challenge me and my guys, we gave them a slap or two and sent them home with their tail between their legs, but never ever have we given them a beating like that, they new that we went easy and that was enough.

It is actually sickening to watch. If the incident is too late for the law to take action then the law is an absolute arse.
