Youtube appears to have made some changes to how they present embed links.
If you click the share box on Youtube and copy the link there it may look like this
http://youtu.be/BR_f8Sl0UB4
That link is now recognized currently by our embeded video system and will only show up as a link right now. It's being worked on and I expect the next upgrade to our core software will parse it correctly.
To embed a video, go to the URL area of your browser, and copy the full URL from there, and use that to embed. It should show up correctly.
It should look like this
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BR_f8Sl0UB4
In short:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BR_f8Sl0UB4 can be embeded or linked
http://youtu.be/BR_f8Sl0UB4 can only be linked at the moment.
