Watch it and judge for yourselves. I thought it was mediocre at best. The only parts that were good were Obata, Insosanto and Gracie. Other than that it was not very good and I fell asleep watching it. However,
I know a few other people that liked it so give it a try. :)

There were some good parts, but overall I agree. Lots of legend accepted as fact--e.g., the Filipinos fought the Spaniards for years with only sticks against the Spaniards' swords. Eh, I'm not sure I believe that...but, it was interesting to see the measurement of the amount of force generated (especially in breaking concrete slabs).
