dumb question maybe but where in the state is Fresh Meadows, N.Y. whats it close to ?

It's near Schea Stadium, home of the NY Mets! That's on Long Island, just East of NYC.

Take the Long Island Expressway out of NYC (mid-town) tunnel (or get to the L.I.E. from points north or south). Fresh Meadows is just east of Flushing (Main Street exit). Horace Harding Parkway is the service road that parallels the L.I.E. I believe that Nick Sacoulas' school is just east of the Utopia Parkway exit off of the L.I.E.

sry that I left off the link. This seminar is at Progressive Martial Arts..That is Nick Sacoulas' school.
