Being a former boucner myself I can definitely say KUDOS..this fella used psy ops 101 to defuse the situation. As a bouncer the last thing you ever want is physical confrontation. It behooves no one..the club loses patrons due to violence, you run the risk of injury, lawsuit etc...more to being a good bouncer than bouncing...much more..LOL
