is there any1 that trains or teaches in Toronto ?

This page (http://www.pt-go.com/training_instructors.asp) lists someone in Montreal (http://www.montrealmartialarts.com/), and I know there is someone in Rochester, NY...that's the closest I know of. There are other FMAs in Toronto, but I'm not sure about P-T.

theres a Guro Jun De Leon who trained with Grand Tuhon Let T. Gaje Jr, his style is influenced by Pekiti Tirsia Kali http://www.kalideleon.com/profile.htm

You also might want to try Kombat Arts in Mississauga and ask for Marc Mendoza who was trained in Pekiti-Tersia by a former instructor there(Tyler ?). www.kombatarts.com.
