training with Grand Tuhon Leo Gaje in 1974 and was the first person outside the Tortal
family to be promoted to the rank of Tuhon (Chief Instructor) in 1994. Certified by the
FBI as a Police Defensive Tactics Instructor and N.Y. State Police Firearms Instructor.
Tuhon Bill travels worldwide promoting and teaching the art of Pekiti Tirsia as he
learned it.

Effective parries, locks, and disarms
Knife level 1..Sak-Sak (hammer grip)
