Hey Capt. Sparrow,


All I can really make comment on in regards to this, is that I was there in Mil, Wisconsin at the National tournament, volunteering on ther medical staff (just in case any serious injuries came about!). I got to see most if not all the fights, in between bandaging people and applying ice to fighters who needed it.
If you have a chance to go to florida for the world's tourney, DO IT!! Its a pretty awesome experience. I wish I still had some pictures that I could post, unfortunately I no long have them..sorry

The group that is mentioned in the article is from South California and a branch of Bandalan Doce Pares. Bandalan group competes when ever there are Eskrima tournaments. They have schools South, North, and in Fresno (Fresno is an affiliate school).
