Taiwan's Jay Chou cast as Kato in "Green Hornet" (http://movies.yahoo.com/news/movies.reuters.com/taiwan39s-jay-chou-cast-kato-quotgreen-hornetquot-reuters)

It's a role that introduced U.S. audiences to Bruce Lee, and now Taiwanese singer and actor Jay Chou will play martial arts master Kato in an upcoming movie version of "The Green Hornet," a studio said on Friday.
[...]
He has also starred in a number Chinese films, including last year's "Kung Fu Dunk" about a martial arts expert who takes to basketball and flies to the hoop.

Rogen's writing it so it's probly gonna be action-comedy stoner flick ala Superbad or Pineapple Express. I have all the episodes from the Green Hornet tv series, cant watch an episode without laughing anyway; cheesy bad, Bruce Lee is the shows only saving grace, but he was always too serious. Anyway aint it ironic how in one episode Kato (the character) fights Kato (the actor).

Havent seen Kung Fu Dunk but it sounds like a basketball version of Shaolin Soccer (Stephen Chow); btw SC's Kung Fu Hustle is just frikkin hilarious and easily an all time "Super Samurai Sunday" fave......

For good laughs also see Kung Pow: Enter the Fist or The Foot Fist Way.
