Hi Arnisador,

No, it is not really a sinawali. Master Shaun is feeding me strikes to which I respond in a (at that stage of the exercise) preset way. That way I can practise my blocking and counterstriking, timing, zoning... What you see in the clip are only my first steps in Lightning :-)
