Grandmaster Pallen conducted a Senkotiros Seminar at Silver Dragon Martial Arts in St. Mary's, PA May 16th & 17th, 2009.
The Seminar was absolutely fantastic. Friday night was an informal workout for Senkotiros Lakan as well as a few guests.
Saturday started the official seminar. Starting out with fundamental training and developing into Halad (forms) training after lunch. Then into basic counter for counter sparring to finish off the day. There was also a short demonstration of the whip after the lunch break.
Sunday started off with more forms training then into Espada y Daga fundamentals. Followed by knife fundamentals. Then more forms training after lunch and finishing with knife sumbrada training. Special thanks to Bob Goetz and Datu Tim Hartman for taking pictures and video during the Sunday portion since my camera person was unable to be there.
Plans have been made for Grandmaster's return trip here in Oct.
