Hi Folks,

I'll be in Europe for most of April teaching Pekiti seminars. While I am there I plan on posting video clips from the seminars on my YouTube page. How soon after each seminar the clips will appear depends on how good the wifi connection is in each hotel I'm staying in; but in any event, I should be able to log onto FMA talk from there and let you know when a clip is posted.

This will be something of an experiment for me, so we'll see how it goes. I'd be happy to get any advice from you tech savy people on the list regarding internet use in Europe. For example, how fast are the connections at Internet Cafes? Would I be better off using them to upload to YouTube than using the wifi connection in my hotel?

Regards,
Tuhon (in Pekiti, but white belt in computers) Bill McGrath

Hi Folks,

I have two new videos up on my YouTube channel that I shot in Milan, Italy at a seminar I gave at the Bono Academy. One is on blade reversals and the other is on stick disarming.

I'll be in Northampton, just north of London this coming weekend and will post some vids from that seminars as well.

Regards,
Tuhon Bill McGrath

Thanks Tuhon! Its fantastic to see some of your seminar footage (especially in high definition). Is there a chance that this might end up being rolled-up into a future DVD release?

Hi Rooke,

If you mean the YouTube clips, why not just download them right to your hard drive? Realplayer has a add-on that lets you do this in Internet Explorer (it doesn't work in the new versions of Firefox though).

If you mean the whole seminar, I don't sell those. I allow the seminar host to tape it himself for his latter review with his students.

I do have video of everything I teach on approximately two dozen DVDs, but I only sell the advanced material to PTI members who have already taken a class or seminar on that subject for review purposes. You'll find a list of the basic DVDs that are for sale on the Pekiti website.
