Excellent suggestion Bob.

A friend of mine recently started up Weight Watchers and they put a lot of emphasis on foods that are high in fiber. Personally, I've been in to cooking with Shirataki noodles that are basically all fiber. I brought a cooler full of them to my mom's house in NC...they are packaged in a liquid-filled bag. She can never remember names "Shirataki noodles" or "Konjac noodles" so she just calls them "noodle bags" LOL!!
