Did anyone catch G4 Investigates "Tech Fight Clubs"?
Although i thought the keyboard fight was kinda silly, the buckshot-filled purse vs rubber hose fight was interesting, and the boxing matches from the East Bay Rats Motorcycle Club was not too bad....

I hadn't heard about it! I set it up to tape next week. This is episode one of a new series...?

It was a special like NatGeo's Fight Club: No Limits. G4 is running it before/after they showcase the Fight Club movie with Brad Pitt. The first part features The Gentlemen's Fight Club in Silicone Valley, the garage club run by Ginz, that soft spoken guy from Fight Club: No Limits and Taboo "Proving Ground".
It runs a couple times today, Thursday, Dec 25.
Merry Xmas

Fight Club was a great movie! I had read the book first and that was also very good (and I found it's ending scarier).

I was pretty disappointed with this--esp. when they started fighting each other with computer keyboards. Mostly untrained, out-of-shape fighters.

You are wrong on this one my friend... The one who conducts that fight club is Gints "Baltic Dog" Kilmanis... He's a Dog Brother for a reason... They are not your usual MA fighters but I would doubt that anyone would fight Baltic Dog if they weren't fit enough... I definitely am not in the shape yet to fight him...

They showed two different clubs and one seemed fairly low-key to me. The other seemed better! Well, one can never tell by video.
