I'm looking for a place to get a nice stick bag that will also hold practice knives. I have found this one, (http://www.pmasupplies.com/filpage-stickcase-4.htm). What do you all think of it? Anyone use this company before?

I bought my bag from bladerigger.com almost 10 years ago(I think) and it is by far one of the best quality bags on the market. I heard kaligear.com has a "Masters" series with plenty of pockets for all size weapons. I have not dealt with pma supplies but have heard very good things.

Hello, Tarot. In your "Meet & Greet" you also wrote: >>I will be buying my first set of sticks and a practice knife tonight.<< As a welcome to FMA, email me your mailing address and I will send you a free stick bag similar to the one pictured, but embroidered with your choice of "Kali", "Eskrima", or "Arnis". My email address is Alex.France@kp.org.

Alex,
Is this a free for all? Is anyone able to get one?

Allow me to humbly promote the one I faithfully use and love:

:biggrinbo Oh Alex thank you so much! I would love one with "Arnis" on it. I'm a little nervous about giving out my home address though, so give me a few days to work up my courage. :p:

Free stick bags for all of our 231 members might be an expensive promotion!

I have one similar to the one pictured--it's hard to tell for sure from the picture--and really like it. A front pocket for a training knife is a real convenience. I also use it for storing my car keys/watch/etc. in some cases.

Hey,
It doesn't hurt to ask! :biggrinbo

Go to www.bloodsport.com (http://www.bloodsport.com) Guro Nick Papadakis has excellent bags in a couple of different sizes. Also his sticks are great. Thanks, Ben.

LOL! No. This was just a one-time offer to a newcomer in FMA and is non-transferable! (smile). Whilie it would be nice to give one to all FMA Talk members, I just don't have that many! I LIKE your master's duffel but that's a lot more than our beginner (Tarot) would need right now. If I could post a picture here, I'd show you my "carrying case". It gets a lot of second looks because at first glance, something's not quite right. Then it dawns on them. Well, maybe it's better not to post a picture. Let you all wonder. (smile)

No problem. Anyway you don't have to be courageous. Just smart --you could have given me your teacher's address to ship the stick bag to, just in case. (laughing)

Doh! I didn't even think of that! :p: Let me ask my instructor to make sure that is alright and I will get back to you. :)

It's awesome! Thank you so much Alex! :biggrinbo I absolutely love my bag! I already have people asking me about them, do you sell them? What would you like me to tell people?

Nothing! (smile) I didn't intend it to be a promotion. Just a welcome gift for you! Every once in awhile, I get a bunch from the Philippines. Suggestions: (1) Stick your knives/daggers into the pocket with the point up. Keeps them from poking holes through the bottom of the pocket. (2) For the same reason, stuff soft plastic (inert) shopping bags into the bottom of each pocket. Don't use paper to line the bottoms due to paper's acid content. It should last you for years. Enjoy!

Unfortunately PMA Supplies seems to be out. My husband is looking for a bag and he has tried contacting them with no luck. Which is too bad because they have a really nice bag for a very reasonable price. He's currently checking out the places that you all have suggested. :D

I have a couple for sale myself. I'm in Sweden right now, but I will be back in my school on Tuesday.
