On March 25th from 12 to 4 pm we will be having an
Advanced Wrist Strike Techniques (abinico) Seminar
at the main Training Hall in Alma. I have attached a
flyer for those interested in this serious martial study. We
will cover material from the book : Advanced Wrist Strike
Techniques and will go beyond the book in technique
training and correlating the material with Single Stick,
Stick & Dagger and Long Knife & Dagger.
