Does anyone know or have a list of Kombatan Black Belts?

Datu Tim I have never seen one.. I would suggest the only way to really formulate this would be to contact all the chief instructors as they will most likely be able to list the black belts under their instruction. I could list all the lakans in Australia and Singapore if that will assist.

That would be great! We did this a few years back on MT for Modern Arnis. It proved to be a great resource.

Bill Pavlik - 3rd Degree Black Belt

I believe he got a promotion to Lakan Dalawa in Modern Arnis from Michael Bates at an Atillo Balintawak seminar as well if you want to update that info.

Lito Conception

9th I believe. I'm not sure on Castro. I met both at the Senkotiros Sama-Sama. Both very good instructors!

Are these ranks uniform? Meaning a 1st Dan in the Philippines will have a similar skill set and ability as some one, say in Europe or in the States?

That's a question only GGM Ernesto can answer.

I'm happy for anyone who keep spreading the Professor's art! I always worry it will disappear into other arts and lose its integrity.
