I don't think there's a good answer to your question. There are many Modern Arnis organizations out there now, and no single one of them is recognized as being in charge.

At the moment, no one entity is "in charge". The family has basically issued a demand that all come under their banner, a demand that many of GM Presas's students are rejecting.

The following is a short list of organizations taken from Wikipedia. There may be others.

Modern Arnis is currently perpetuated by a number of organizations worldwide, with some of the largest being the DAV of Germany, the International Modern Arnis Federation (IMAF) under Randi Schea, and the World Modern Arnis Alliance (WMAA). Countries where the art is most popular include the Philippines, the United States, Canada, and Germany, but there are practitioners in many other nations. The major organizations are:

Deutscher Arnis Verband (http://www.modern-arnis.de/) (in German and English)
International Modern Arnis Federation (Jeff Delaney) (http://www.professorpresas.com/)
International Modern Arnis Federation (Randi Schea) (http://www.modernarnis.net/)
International Modern Arnis Federation Philippines (http://www.imafp.com/)
Modern Arnis Remy P. Presas International Organization (http://www.modernarnis.com/)
World Modern Arnis Alliance (http://www.wmarnis.com/) The above links contain much historical and technical information concerning Remy Presas and Modern Arnis, as well as directories of Modern Arnis schools. Other organizations or groups that promote Modern Arnis or Modern Arnis-influenced systems include:

American Modern Arnis Associates (http://www.americanarnis.com/)
API International Combat Arts (http://www.kurtisgoodwin.com/)
CSSD-SC (http://www.cssdsc.com/)
World Filipino Martial Arts Association (http://www.worldfma.com/pages/6/)
MA-80 (http://www.danandersonkarate.com/arnis.html)
Natural Spirit International (http://www.kellyworden.com/index.html)
Philippine Martial Art Society (http://www.modernarnis.cc/)

Logo's vary by organization AFAIK.
