Visayan Sword for Sale

WW2 Visayan sword for sale. handle is fashioned after the mythological bakunawa. blade is of typical visayan style where one side is beveled. made for a right hander. also, the word "LUZON, VISAYAS, MINDANAO" is engraved on the blade. it has a false edge on the back.
scabbard is complete. again a leather wrap is around the throat typical of visayan weapons. carvings going down the length of the scabbard and at the toe, the word "LEYTE" is carved.
perfect for practice as the sword is very responsive and balanced. or an excellent memento with lots of history behind it.

Overall length (sword only) = 24 1/4"
Blade Length = 18"
Blade width near the handle = 3/4"
Widest part (blade) = 1 1/2"
Blade thickness = almost 1/4"
