An older film of Saito Sensei (originally 16mm). The jo dori techniques (unarmed vs. jo) are done full speed and begin at around 4:13 in the clip. It is worth watching the whole clip though. Includes jo vs jo (kumijo), and defense against grabbing the jo, and the 31 count jo kata:
