How to become a Supporting Member?

I would really like to have a supporting membership, is there a link where I can register in? I can't seem to find the link. And is it open to all members or just senior members?
Any answer is much appreciated.

Try the User CP link at the upper left, then on the page it opens go down the left-hand side to "Paid Subscriptions" and click on it! PM me if you have trouble.
