Hello there, just to let you know that Felisa Sulite is the one that is in charge of that specific website. Be patient and I am sure that she will contact you regarding your order.

Sometimes due to heavy volume she gets behind on orders but she is usually very good about contacting you once she has prepared your order. The same goes for answering e-mails. Thanks, ciao.
