Palakaw is a Balintawak's term use for the drills or flows. Playing from the basic 1 to 12 defense and offense up to the advance. Regardless of what lineage it may be from the groupings or the koridas/random way we call the flow Palakaw. The root word " lakaw " means walk from the Cebuano dialect. Palakaw means do the walking.
