Jianshu is a Chinese noun that translates into sword (jian) and method (shu) or simply swordsmanship. WJL's competitive sports jianshu is not any "school" or "style" in particular. Although some of our teams may practice a certain style of jianshu and use its knowledge to compete in WJL.P_c7vgM2W-s

There's even a Wikipedia entry (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/World_Jianshu_League) on it:
The World Jianshu League (WJL, from Chinese (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_language) jiàn shù 劍 術, "sword art") is an organization dedicated to preserving the art of the jian (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jian), through organized competition, discussion, and documentation. Jianshu means the art of using the jian. The WJL consists of a growing number of kung fu (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kung_fu) schools primarily situated in, but not limited to, the United States. The league's main focus is to introduce a new form of sport competition using the jian, similar to sport fencing (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fencing), or kendo (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kendo), and thereby preserve, revive, and advance such jianshu concepts as can only be gained through one-on-one competition.

Seems to look a lot like most fencing matches I have seen
For some reason I expected to see some more exotic moves
