Thanks. I feel like a dummy though, I PUNCTURED my damn heavy bag near the beginning of the clip. I didn't think it was possible with the trainer, but you can see me pause and look down at it. I'm hoping the sand doesn't start leaking out of it. I'll have to see if I can superglue it or something.
We use the water bottles for cutting practice, the heavy bag for grip strength. If it keeps getting punctured, I'm going to have to use trees or something.

If you can find some good quality hockey tape, that should patch up the punctures. Battle scars ;)
How pointy are your trainers? Can they be rounded a bit so they don't do as much damage to the bag?

That's just it, they're not pointy at all. They're very rounded. I must have just hit it at that right angle, with the right amount of force, and pop.
