I remember talking to a guy who taught at one of the parks in Manoa Valley. I don't recall his name, but he sounded like a good guy. Apparently, he trained in the Philippines with an instructor from Cagayan De Oro. I used to teach in Hawaii Kai but have moved to the Philly area as my wife does her Family Medicine Residency. Well depends where the park is Arnisador, lol. But yes there are plenty parks next to the ocean.
