Solo eskrido drills

Hi there, does any one know of any solo training drills to help develope better eskrido skills.

Just do the drills like you do a karate kate, but add an Aikido influence into what you are doing, and use imaginary opponents, strive for good technique!

A lot of Eskrido is two-person, with all those locks!
