Editing intro

Can I edit the intro and add a picture to a forum? If so, what is the procedure?

No, that has to be done by an admin...and sadly, I have been remiss in my duties. Getting the picture up there involves ftp'ing it to the right location and I'm not sure I have that straight. Editing the intro. I can do but have been hoping others would comment first so we could get consensus and I'd only have to do it once.

I'll edit the intro. now, but the picture may still be held up by my rusty technical skills. Sorry!
