On July 29th Sensei Primo (Head instructor of HMA's MMA program) was promoted to 1st degree Black Belt in Sombo (a Russian verus of Judo)!

Just wanted to stop by & say thank you.
There are so many people to thank my wife for her love & never
ending support & understanding,Mr Hartman for having a place to practice.

Boyd Ritchie for introducing me to the art & John for continuing
with me in the journey & helping me achieve this Black Belt.

I will continue to practice Sombo & Martial Arts Forever.
