Starting November 2007, I make myself available to recieve personalize training to interested persons or a group of five only to come to the Philippines and stay at the beautiful training ground at Lipa City, Batangas home of the Barako Balisong. We have the complete facilities together with the Jungle dedicated and prepared for Jungle survival and Leadership Training.

Minimum of 10 days intensive training :
The personalize training will be mainly close quarter knife combat training and stick for full contact combat. Added to the program is Defensive training for Police program and the Armed and Unarmed Combat with open hands.The training starts from November to March 2008

I think it is about time that everybody must know the origin of Edged Weaponry. If anyone is reading the Bible either in school or in the Church or at a relaxation time. Edged weapon started in heaven where Angel Michael used it to drive 1/3 of the Angels that went with Lucifer. How true was it, it is in the history of fallen Angels .

In the garden of Eden after Adam and Eve sinned against God, the give birth to the two boys namely Cain and Abel one day Cain killed Abel with a a knife. From then the history of the people suddenly increased by the thousands . But from the beggining of the old testament, the story were all wars and killlings. God even ordered Moses and Aaron to kill and wipe out some of the tribes of Israel.

As the people increased in numbers nations began to come out and they themselves started to dominate each territory. Then the war began between tribes vs. tribes. The use of Edged weapon were all bloody and furious.It killed a lot of innocent women and also men.All the history in the book of old testament were all killings as commanded by God to kill the enemy of Israel and to those who disobeyed his command.

How many people, God killed in Sodom and Gomorah, the Egytians crossing the red , the killings of the first born by the Angel o Death sent by God,the Noahs flood only 8 survived. And how many more killings against Israel.Killings in the Bible, God played an active role. His personal command is absolute and final. Edged Weaponry is the official weapons during those days, the sharp edge of the spear, sharp razor blades of the arrows and the two edged knife used to kill the enemies in a crowded areas in Jerusalem.

The oldest style of Martial Arts is Edged Weaponry. The art and technology of fighting is the sharpness of the Slash and the treachery of a Thrust.These two are the governing factor.Edged Weaponry is the top of the line in terms of the martial Arts. But in the real world of winning victory , edged weapon conquers all.

Comments about the PTK original and the Present teaching Methodology.

The Foundation of Pekiti-Tirsia remains as the structure of learning and teaching process which cannot be changed. When Mandala Tim Waid spent more than 3 years in Bacolod city under my personal supervision, the fundamentals of PTK has been digested to the fullest details that the principles of Doce Methodos become the refinement from Abecedario to 64 Clock System to series of Seguidas and the Contradas.

Mandala Tim Waid has the technology of the Doce Methodos design for Combat both military and law enforcement. While the basic PTK were all for Tournament Sports and few inserts of Combativeness. Mcgrath made a version to his own convenience not as a combat sports or Combativeness because even when he was with me he was not a consistent fighter bound to fight unlike with Tom Bisio, Mandala Tuhon Philip Gelinas, Jim Curtin, Warren Brown, Erwin Ballarta, Eric Knaus, Frank Ortega,Plateny, Edgar Atienza, Steve, Bojinen Maten(Deceased) Akmeed Bouraca a seasonal fighter.

Each one made their own versions. So the choice is who among those who were in the 70's to the 90's PTK that is worth learning for. I recommend Mandala Tuhon Philip Gelinas, Eric Knaus, ERwin Ballarta and for Combativeness as applied by the Philippine Marines Mandala Rommel Tortal and for both Military and Combat Sports , Mandala Tim Waid.

The acceleration program of PTK requires advancement of the technology. the Tri-V Formula is the answer to those who wants more expanded applicability of the Basic 64 attacks to the Seguidas to contradas, recontras to recontradas and all other added materials.
