The first touch of the European success was in the early 90's when the two brothers ACHIM AND ULI WEIDLE from Germany came to Negros Island joining the group in attending my Knife training Camp for ten days. Bacolod as the Capital City made the preference in going to Mambucal resort 25 minutes travel from Bacolod City. In that ten days event, both brothers were fascinated and that was the start of the arrangement that Uli will be appointed as the official representative of Pekiti-Tirsia in Europe based in Germany.
From the training and the background understanding of Mandala Uli Weidle, The gathering of the first few students in Pekiti-Tirsia was the beginning of the rapid growth that the first seminar held in Reutlingen. Germany was attended by almost 70 martial Artist coming from different discipline also from different States of Germany and neighboring countries.
It was an amazing growth that it was necessary for Uli and Achim to have a training centered in Reutlingen to accommodate the growing numbers. In about 3-4 years Pekiti-Tirsia Kali European Organization had expanded to Sweden, Switzerland, Luxembourg,but had spread to neighboring cities in the Southern Germany. My presence in conducting seminar was a yearly basis and the coming to the Philippines by number of students made the culture of Kali a major element in the discipline of training both in theory and in practice.
The presence of Mandala Uli Weidle in the Philippines made his advanced studies in Pekiti-Tirsia an excellent materials for the students to enhance the development skill in short cutting the number of years .It was the leadership of Mandala Uli that the attraction to join the Pekiti-Tirsia Kali as the leading FMA in Europe.made to expand to Italy, Chec Republic, Finland, Bulgaria, Austria and Spain.
Every year was a PTK camp training year or an intensive seminar where all the students in Germany coming from no less than ten chapters filled the spacious schools where the students can sleep and rest for the night and trained by day.

The result of their evaluation was satisfactory determined by their own personal touch discipline that by next year a delegation of police special unit will come to attend the special commando training in cooperation with the Force Recon Marine Elite Unit.
Pekiti-Tirsia Kali Europe Organization presented PTK as a pure Filipino Fighting art from the Doctrine of Philosophy to the Doctrine of Ideology.
