LAMECO in southern CA

hello all,

i live in Carson,CA and was hoping there's someone here who could point me in the direction of some lameco training. i know roger agbulos is here in the los angeles area, but valencia is just too far to train. especially with L.A. traffic. any info would be appreciated.
