I had been looking on Ebay for this book for some time and it was way to costly to buy ($500 in some auctions). I did a search last night and found out that Paladin Books is re-releasing this book in paperback next month.

I don't know if anyone eles here was in the same boat as me, but I figured I'd give everyone the heads-up.

Is this the one by Perry Kelly? I am sorry to say that this book is very disappointing, it feels like a long article in Black Belt rather than a good biography of the man. It just isn't well written and doesn't give you a sense of the person. I think I read it once and never looked at it again.

You can buy it on Amazon right now for considerably less thant $500, hardcover is $85, and somebody had the softcovers for under $14.
