One of my favourites. Is there a better quality version of that clip? It's quite hard to see what really happens to Tuhon Bill at one point. Anyone know?

If you're refering to the end of the clip - it's one of Tuhon Bill's standard gags. He palms a fake eyeball (sometimes complete with slimy substance...) and then has someone simulate a hit to his eyes. He then acts like he's been hit in the eye and throws the eyeball. Those guys are lucky that he threw it at the glass. I've seen him throw it at some poor unsuspecting person in the seminar. Always good for a laugh - as long as it's not me :).
