I'll let my students know. If none of them can make it, then I might do it myself. As a general rule I try not to enter things where I might end up fighting them.

The event will take place at Apolo's school in Pasadena, MD. I spoke with him yesterday and got the following details:

ELIMINATION STYLE EVENT
3 Weight Categories
1 round - 90 sec. round
*2 ROUNDS for Semi Finals and Finals
Single Stick Padded Continuous (Smak-Stiks)
Single Stick "LIVE" Continuous
Double-Stick Continuous (padded or live TBD)
Stick & Dagger (Points will be awarded IF a thrust or slash immediately follows the stick strike OR if Dagger lands first)
NO Body Armor
Helmet & Gloves
NO Empty-Hand use i.e. punch, kick, grappling etc.

It will be a WEAPON SKILLS only!

I will have at least 4 players representing SWACOM.
